Placement of Widgets
USNEWS.COM Widgets may be placed on your websites and on your pages at online social network sites, to the extent permitted by such sites. U.S. News prohibits the placement of widgets on sites that include content that is offensive, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, vulgar, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate as determined by U.S. News in its sole discretion.

The Widgets may be used only with those platforms from which a functional link is made available that, when accessed, takes the viewer directly to the display of the full article or other information on the USNEWS.COM Site. You may not display the Widget Content in a manner that does not permit successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the applicable USNEWS.COM web page. You may not insert any intermediate page, splash page or other content between the USNEWS.COM Widget link and the applicable USNEWS.COM web page.
Fees
We reserve the right at any time to charge fees for access to USNEWS.COM Widgets. In no event will you be charged unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such charges although, if you decline to pay such charges, we may require that you remove any USNEWS.COM Widgets from your website.

U.S. News retains all ownership and other rights in the Widget Content. U.S. News retains all ownership and other rights in the U.S. News logos and trademarks. All rights reserved. All other trademarks appearing in the Widget Content are the property of their respective owners. You acknowledge and agree that we may use data capture, syndication analysis and other similar tools to track, extract, compile, aggregate and analyze any data or information resulting from use of a USNEWS.COM Widget.
Right to Discontinue Widgets
U.S. News reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the USNEWS.COM Widgets at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of theUSNEWS.COM Widgets for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Widgets Terms of Use. Neither U.S. News, nor any of its respective affiliates, sponsors, licensees assume any liability for any of your activities in connection with the USNEWS.COM Widgets or for your use of the Widgets in connection with your website, and you agree to indemnify, defend and hold U.S. News harmless form and against any claims arising from such activities or use.

General Provisions.
