About Application Boot Camp
Dr. Michele Hernandez and Mimi Doe cofounded Application Boot Camp® after publishing their best-selling book, Don’t Worry: You’ll Get In in 2005. Application Boot Camp® is a company devoted to empowering high school students from around the world in the college admissions process. Hernandez is the author of A is for Admission and former Assistant Director of Admissions at Dartmouth College.
She has been featured in the New York Times and Business Week and has appeared on The Today Show with Meredith Viera and Katie Couric. Doe, called a “parenting guru” by Ladies Home Journal, is the authorof Busy but Balanced and Nurturing Your Teenager’s Soul. She has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America, and NPR.
