AP Winners: Byrd in W.Va.; Strickland in Ohio

Ohio Democratic candidate for governor Ted Strickland visits his headquarters to thank volunteers in Columbus.

The AP has declared two more statewide winners. West Virginia Democrat Robert Byrd continues his decades of service in the Senate. In Ohio, Democrat Ted Strickland will be the next governor.

The staff of U.S. News & World Report are live in Washington watching the results roll in.
