Casey Dove commutes to work early in the morning. Riding the same bus on Sept. 11, 2001, she learned of the tragedies of that day. Her former neighbor, close family friend, and "stand-in mom" was among the flight attendants aboard the aircraft that was crashed into the Pentagon.
