* All Flash creative must have an accompanying back up gif file and follow proper procedure on inserting ClickTag per MacroMedia’s Advertising Resource Center and IAB standards.

We follow the IAB's recommendations for pre-roll units:

Panel Size:
Video panel size should be 300x225, which will allow Broadband Video
Commercials to fit into the 300x250 standard ad unit (with room for a 25
pixel tall control bar).
Encoded Bit Rate:
Minimum encoded bit rate of 200 Kbps
Commercial Length:
Up to :30 long for pre-roll commercials.
