The war over warming

One would think that environmentally conscious Massachusetts would be leading the fight against global warming, since Gov. Mitt Romney, Attorney General Tom Reilly, and Sens. Edward Kennedy and John Kerry all support strong actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. And yet none of these leaders support the proposal for 130 wind turbines in Nantucket Sound. It seems the Bush administration has some company in passing the buck on this issue.
