Arthritis Treatment Alternatives

How is it possible to write about this widespread disease and give nine ways to conquer pain without mentioning diet? As a 69-year-old active woman, I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. I suffered with pain in my hands, back, and other places, but since changing my diet seven or eight years ago, I am almost pain free. I eat fish, eggs, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. I avoid acidic fruits but eat papaya, mango, pineapple, and avocado. I also eat lots of vegetables. Through diet, not medications, I have come a long way handling this disease
