Arthritis Treatment Alternatives

I was surprised that you made no mention of acupuncture, an increasingly popular treatment for arthritis. I was lucky to discover this way of reducing the pain and stiffness in my arthritic knee. I consulted a physician and tried the hot-and-cold treatment. Then I had an MRI that confirmed arthritis in my knee. Acupuncture has proved to be very helpful.
