This nonprofit organization seeks to inform patients and the general public about cervical cancer through education and outreach. A wide range of news and links is available, including data about worldwide cervical cancer rates. Patients can request a "Phone Pal" a fellow survivor who will offer support by phone or E-mail. Users can also participate in an online community by posting to the site about their personal experiences. This site contains an overview about the new Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccine. The "issues" page acknowledges the controversy about the vaccine, including questions about its long-term effects.
Founded by survivors of reproductive cancers, this nonprofit website offers support to those battling cervical cancer and related diseases. There is an E-mail discussion group and newsletter, and users may post their stories or read about the experiences of others. Includes links to related causes and local support groups.
