It has become harder for all students to get into college today because more students are applying. But even with that increased selectivity, there are noticeable differences in how some schools admit men and women in order to maintain balanced campuses. The University of Richmond and the College of William and Mary give boys a boost, MIT needs women, and Harvard rejects everyone equally.
