A three-row family hauler for less than $17,000? Well, yes—but just one, the Kia Rondo. There are several minivan alternatives in the mid-$20s, however, including the highly rated Toyota RAV4 and the luxurious Buick Rendezvous. Here are the cheapest three-row vehicles that aren't minivans:
