McDonnell Election Night
Republican candidate Bob McDonnell was elected as Virginia’s 71st governor after beating out Democratic candidate Creigh Deeds. Republican’s swept the Virginia election with Bill Bolling keeping his position as lieutenant governor and Ken Cuccinelli winning as attorney general. McDonnell held a party in Richmond, VA to celebrate the victory.
