Remember when those nutty scientists put the wrong lens on the Hubble telescope? If it wasn't the myopia of North Korean scientists, then perhaps it was the U.S. testing out a focused beam of EM energy? I can't imagine that we, the U.S., would sit back and watch the N. Koreans successfully put a satellite into orbit.
