Ocean-Studying Satellite 'No Longer Recoverable'

Mankind could invent some GMO Phytoplanktons that would proliferate so much on all oceans that it would change the albedo of our blue planet to a cyan planet and eat so much CO2 that the CO2 concentration in our atmosphere would drop instead of rise! So mankind would solve 3 problems:

1) climate cooling: cyan reflects solar light, blue absorb it

2) more phytoplankton food for millions proliferating whales

3) food for 7 billions humans, eating menopause old whales (the young whales must make babies)!

Now google, in pictures: glaciation cycles, then methane hydrate...

Every 100'000 years, all Carbon is in the atmosphere as CO2, and it is hot, and every 100'000 years, all Carbon is on ocean floors, as methane hydrate+Calcium Carbonate sediment mix, and there is a glaciation!

Mars also has methane cycles, there must be life on mars!
