School Cafeterias to Try Psychology in Lunch Line

Hey Guys, some of this stuff is a no-brainer if you come from the For Profit Section of the Industry...just apply it to School Nutrition and Cafeteria Choices. Come check out Austin (ATX) ISD High Schools. We started Made To Order lines 7 years ago - and are increasing meal counts daily. We offer everthing from Wraps/Burritos MTO to Salads/Sandwiches MTO plus Italian & Asian MTO lines. Although some of our serving lines are 30+ yrs old, we use presentation along with fresh ingredients and make it their way and they keep coming back.
