I wish to submit an opinion on the sturtian glaciation which occurred three quarters of the way in the four billion year old history of the solar system. first and foremost there were not any other glaciations in the total history of the solar system of such magnitude as the sturtian ice age. I would say that an acceptable answer as to why the sturtian occurred may be connected to the 225 million years duration that it takes the solar system to navigate around the milky way. such trip takes place near the periphery of the milky way and through ins and outs of the protruding arms of our fair galaxy. some learned opinions on the subject would be welcomed. since I am not sure that I can come back on this text you can write to my e-mail.

The Slime Green Eco-Weenies, Watermellons(Green outside, Reds on the inside) and other assorted Borderline Whackos and mental defectives are drafting laws to "Save the Eukaryotes" as we speak. We must return the state of the Earth to totsl Glaciation to save these "Endangered Species" before its too late.Save the Whales. No Blood for Oil. Invest in Carbon Credits. Pray to Al Gore. And remember. Manipulated Temperature Data doesn't lie!!!

That geologic evidence supports a dynamic earth climatologically neither nullifies or negates the potential for manmade global warming. The evidence indicates that the earth's climate has in fact ranged from deep cold to tropical heat. This implies some change initiates these extreme events. Until it can be determined how sensitive the earths climate is.

That the earth has exhibited these dramatic differences in climate should give us pause to better understand the mechanisms responsible for these extremes before we dismiss the potential contribution our industrial emissions have.

More proof that the earth is forever changing. No such thing as

manmade global warming. India once attached to Africa, once upon time was no Mediterranien, etc. I bet we can find maps where Siberia and the Alaska once were connected. However, I do believe

that extracting oil out from the earth is the cause for the shifting of the plates, e.g. earth quakes.
