Does a physical quantum computer exist?

Can they figure out how to stop Windows from freezing up even if you have to temporarily work somewhere that still uses that horrid IE browser???
Because THAT would just rock if they could fix that mess.

A classroom at Harvard filled with nothing but quantum computers, because no one else is able to beat their test scores.
By the way, can they put some of these computers to work at calculating the probability that more financial shenanigans will occur as a result of bailing out at least some of the large companies that didn't deserve it? As in, if we do not start heeding the very real concern about moral hazard?
Something tells me you don't need supercomputers or quantum computers to calculate that probability, though.
