Having experienced sleep deprivation for a year of 4 hrs. per nite of poor quality sleep (waking 18 times per hr)i was diagnosed with sleep apnia .My life was a living hell but i still had to show up for life and deal with all the consequences if i wasen't self employed i would have fired me. Thank God there is treatment but don't delay as i did before permanent damage is done to your health all the other stuff is replaceable. See your doctor !
