"The world's average temperature has already risen 1.4 degrees (0.8 degrees Celsius) since the 19th century."

Oh yeah. Prove it. Ooops, you can't. Why?? Because the "scientists" tasked to generating the data in the first place wouldnt release their data so it can be tested and replicated and NOW are claiming that they can't find their original work. http://www.qando.net/?p=4850

Oh and then there is this http://www.investors.com/NewsAndAnalysis/Article.aspx?id=506832&Ntt=Mojib+Latif :

"In a speech last week at the U.N.'s World Climate Conference in Geneva, Professor Mojib Latif of Germany's Leibniz Institute of Marine Sciences at Kiel University, one of the world's foremost climate modelers and a lead author for the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change acknowledged that the Earth has been cooling and is likely to continue that trend for the next couple of decades."

Wow. Conflicting ideas...I sure wish there was a journalist around who would present the conflicting information in a fair and unpartisan manner.
