we have DNA evidence to establish guilt or innocence in most of the most serious crimes---reducing the need for eyewitness testimony in many instances.

You think citizens ought to spring for legions of "experts" to assess YOUR testimony (about anything, in court or anywhere else) based on YOUR eye movements? Talk about witch hunts. Talk about diminishing you! Look out.

Next thing you know, the "Eye Movement Assessment Corporation of America" could control your whole country.
