as an engineer, i feel there is to much money being spent in rock exploration and life sciences. the concentration the worldwide space programs are taking on looking twice and three times in the same places is costing the tax payers to much money. the intel the scientist have done is so continous if by now they don't no the terrain they never will. i suggest, construct a gigantic space ship and travel to distant galaxies. on board you will have the technology you are using today to search for new worlds(or beach head rocks). it's two birds with one stone. your doing things in steps kiddo, when you can travel there and bring what your using today to excavate new terrain with a divison or more of people on board a 'STAR TREK' type ship-how about a shuttle craft-non fiction). your not advancing by taking 'mini' steps in a vast universe.have the dinosar thinker leading science programs to hire fresh minds.MIR has the lead on you it's comprehensive(liberal) thinking is better than conservative NASA space travel.
