To use cell phone in public places ignoring others' feeling is totally immoral and ridiculous. It should be banned in some certain sites as from my point of view. I'd like to recommend the gov. to install cell phone jammers in some certain public places.

But for now I just bought a cell phone jammer for my own use from http://www.jammerall.com/ , it helps really much when I feel fed up with the cell phone noise.

Although it is important to remove the ability to use cell phones to commit crimes, inmates need access to affordable telephones in order to stay in touch with family members--which is widely acknowledged as important step in offenders making a successful transition once they are released.
