AOL among other big i.s.p's in the early days of the Internet broke the bank for a lot of users by charging by the minute and hour.

It was small I.S.P's that brought down the prices so that all could afford to be on the Internet and unfortunately even the small i.s.p's got greedy and sold us out to the bigger I.S.P's. .

Now we Have a commercial Internet where much information is no longer free and the big business is following us around the Internet like lost puppies with their cookies that can be miss used by criminals on the Internet.

The information super Highway Has become A criminals heaven.
