Creating Fat That Burns Calories

If you are wanting to lose weight, the safe, easy, natural way to do so is to cut down on salt/sodium and salty food. This reduces any fluid retention as well as lowering high blood pressure, reducing risk of stroke and heart attack, etc.

And to reduce fat retention, here is some useful information: a few years ago BBC2 showed a series of programmes called “The Truth About Food” and explained about some Danish research which throws light on this. – See http://www.bbc.co.uk/sn/humanbody/truthaboutfood/slim/calcium.shtml where you will read: "a high calcium intake increases the excretion of fat in the faeces". – In fact, the researchers found that twice as much fat was excreted on a high calcium intake as on a low calcium intake – and this was independent of calorie intake.

I do hope that information will help someone.

I have worked in the health food industry for 20 years, and read every thing I can on these types of research. I have read that men naturally have a much greater amount of brown fat and that has to do with there ability to loose weight easier than women, since women of course store mostly white fat. It would be amazing if you could have some sort of lipo suction thing and then replace it with some brown fat and have some sort of area burning spots. I would invest in cold packs to give it a try.
