The only reason they are doing this is to gain enough money so that they are able to pay for their high priced government pool.

Where in the constitution does it say that the government has the right to dictate how the market works, especially since they can't even balance the money that they extort from us? This is nothing but more taxes and it will do nothing but double all of our energy bills without affecting our climate at all. Watch "The Great Global Warming Swindle" on youtube for some more education on the subject.
