Science Receives a Budget Bonanza

OBAMA'S PLAN TO SPEND 147.6 billion on research and development during the next fiscal year?????????

This is a stimulus package for the medical profession and the pharmaceuticals.Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality is not truly an angency for consumer---it actually was organized with more interest for for the medical profession, scientists and pharmaceuticals to gather together---researching previous programs and corrsponding with doctors who are associated with Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality provided me with my acusations.

Stidies that compare either the effectiveness of different treatments, or the effectiveness of one treatment for different populations will not create a ethical Health Care System---actually it is to protect the doctors from malpractice---it is the same with Patient Safety Programs that Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality advocates----but both programswill ARE in NAME ONLY AND NOT FOR THE PEOPLE. AMERICA NEEDS LESS GENERALS AND MORE TRUTH AND ETHICAL VALUES IN OUR GOVERNMENT. Cngress and the president should review all the audits and reports they receive on the corruption and fraud within the governmet agencies---- there would BE enough funds to have Universeral Health Car----if our government was conducted with ethical values
