Yes, I'm talking to you Congress. Just because you're wearing an American flag on your lapel doesn't mean you're a patriot. If you really loved your country you'd put your petty politics and fundraising aside and reorganize yourselves to most effectively provide oversight on national security matters.
You haven't done it. There's no excuse. Fix it.
