Republicans Can't Beat Obama in 2012 Running on Hate

The Right won a lot of seats and state positions in 2010. It was based on hate and anger, not substance. They have in only a few months irritated or offended or XXXssed off the entire political center.... People like Governor Walker in Wisconsin took extreme measures to satisfy their corporate bosses and the whacko fringes, and tried to make changes they did not support while running for office.

Many GOPers are hurting now because they said they supported Medicare and Social Security while campaigning - yet the voted for the Ryan budget bill that attempts to sack these popular programs. In other words - THEY LIED, and all along had a secret agenda that was all about Dick Armey's eternal quest to can these two beloved programs for seniors. The GOP forgot they owed their jobs to the voters - not big money.

Wisconsin is teaching them this lesson. The Ryan bill is too. The new GOP party leader is also from Wisconsin. Perhaps they should beware of GOPers from a traditionally Blue state. They may not be in tune with true GOP values.

Bottom line - hate can get you elected once. Fogetting the values of those who voted you in can get you UNelected just as fast. Disregarding the key issues and replacing them with your own personal extremist positions will not keep the hearts of the moderate voters needed to stay in office.

The extreme right and corporate interests - like the Koch brothers and the Waltons - forget that only a narrow sliver of America is that far to the right politically. Their views are not shared by most Americans, so they use other guises to give it the look of what they think is typical for an average Joe. Sometimes they miss because they are so out of touch with what an average Joe even is......

Remember - fascism is a form of government that muzzles the voices of the public and their rights. The leader works closely with huge corporate leaders, big money, and the military to establish the priorities of the government to ensure they are protected and getting wealthier while average folks do not advance. Some of these corporations also control the press, so propaganda replaces the truth. They abolish the voices of workers, limit what is taught in schools, and seek to replace true learning with sports, organized activities for youth, some sort of religion, and revisionist history.

These corporate/military leaders and super wealthy string-pullers may not intend to bring fascism, but that is what they are real installing in this country- governors unseating elested officials, huge subsidies for their bottom lines, silenced media regarding challenges to their ideas, using fiat istead of the ballot box to do their work. They demonize anyone who gets in their way, and the do not care about the middle class, the aging, those who cannot care for themselves....

I hope the public gets it. "There are none so blind as those who will not see..." Open your eyes America.
