Let the Chinese give directly to the third world. Why have them lend it to us to give to the third world. The third world won't love us for it anyway.

These left wing FOOLS just do not seem capable of comprehending that spending must be CUT, NOT INCREASED! They are like little children that can't understand why mommy and daddy will not buy them anything they want! They don't seem capable of understanding what living within a budget means, or what the consequences are if you do not. Arrested development is the only possible explanation for these views other than out right malevolence towards this country. It's no wonder that the public at large is finally waking up to the insanity that defines the left. I expect outrageous tantrums from them as they find they will not get their spoiled way!

There are enough rich Democrats and Hollywood celebities who are always spouting off against this country who can spend some of their millions instead of taking taxpayer dollars and senior's medicare dollars for this.
Charlie Sheen can take some of his "whore" money and spend it on the Piece Corp. (ha)
The Alec Baldwins are still living in this country, aren't they?

The peace corps is just another non-value entity putting a drain on tax payer dollars.
We eulogize Sargant for what, his propensity and ability to pry open government coffers?

When we have our national debt hitting the proverbial "redline" and delusional progressives see $400 million as a mere triveling pittance. Considering that half of America works to keep the other half afloat as well as keep government coffers filled, $400 million represents something it represents someones sacrifice in terms of time and effort. Understand that what the taxpayer dollar represents in terms of value is not a mere triveling pittance.
And, yes, let's do away with the military marching bands. While we are at it, let's slash illegal aliens and leeches from medicaid rolls and pry dead beats off the calloused tit of government hand-outs. Let's de-fund NASA. Let's de-fund the national art endowement, etc.
Sound Draconian? Well, Draconian measures are required considering our fiscal failures.
