Dumb and Dumber

Dumb and Dumber.. that's my opinion of Sarah Palin and O'Donnell.

Sarah is probably smarter than you. She definitely could probably do a better job than what the RePO team is doing. No, I wouldn't really want her for President, but, at the same time I didn't want and still don't want the one that we have. I think Sarah would do better serving time as a Senator then run for President.

This race is about the issues, not about me, because if you look at me you'll see that I am just a dead beat, self centered narcissus, love attention, any kind really but I want to make money off of it...Law suits,

lying, I can even make up my credentials, I'll do anything for fame and money. and yes I mean Anything. Its about me, all about me.

As a Tea Party member...I've caught on to her.

I was one of the Alaskans who reluctantly voted for Sarah for governor after she one the primary against Frank Murkowski and then ran against Tony Knowles. I have not voted for a socialist (democrat) since 1976.

I found Sarah to be somewhat vague and evasive. I didn't think she could be a successful governor. However, she was great and had an 80% approval rating until John McCain picked her to as his running mate.

I don't know whether Sarah was up to Vice President or not but the commentor presumes that Barack Obama was up to the task of being president. What the American Media did to Sarah Palin and her family was despicable and unworthy of journalists who descended on Wasilla like a biblical plague of locusts looking for minutiae in order to discredit her.

Palin was conservative (although I truly wonder about that), pro-life, a hunter, a wife, a mother. I can still see the elite northeast liberals roll their enlightened eyes. If she had espoused their values, she would have been trumpeted from Jackson Hole to the UN. She wasn't so she had to be destroyed.

And yet, there are writings, grades, passport records, medical records, law practice records that not even Wikileaks can pierce for the Unvetted One.

The unbiased media is sanguine in its silence.

Sarah is not my favorite candidate but I would support her if she was the choice as opposed to the current occupant of the White House - the greatest fraud, aided and abetted by the media, ever perpetrated on the Republic.

I realize this is an opinion piece, but I have to agree with PTK of TX that there seems to be a provocative leftward lean to the daily email. I valued US News for years for straight-forward, unbiased reporting. Now, sometimes I think I've wandered over to the Huffington Post by mistake.

She should be happy barry was for Afghanistan war as Senator and war there may last until 2015 as it has been thrown out there lately...

Democrats have not passed budget and government nonessentials could stop Saturday.

It's easy to make fun of people with whom you disagree on political matters. Both sides of the spectrum do exactly the same thing: call each other names and act like the "other side" are ignorant, selfish, cheaters, etc. The sad fact of the matter is that both the left and the right in the political arena are apretty much the same when it comes to screwing over the American public. They just do it differently. You make fun of thes two women but how much good have the individuals with the 'right' qualifications and experience done or us? We have been slowly sinking into the garbage pit of hell for decades (albeit with a few good years thrown in by accident). The middle class is vanishing, indiference or nastyness to each other is gaining momentum, families & communities are falling apart, civility & decency are pretty much gone, the "me, me, me" generation is now nearing retirement leaving their dysfunctional, brain-damaged kids to run the place, and too many people in the world violently hate one f more other groups. I'm old, so I really don't give a hoot, but it's sad for the future generations.

Why is US News Today featuring such leftist opinions and writers when compared to the print version?

First comment: Who's in charge of the email blast US News Today versus the print version? The opinions are generally garbage, too often from professors. We aren't nineteen and aren't impressed with your position. We've surpassed it and have overcome it (your position and your false teachings) decades ago, most of us.

Second comment: This is an attack article without reason or perspective and is a waste of the world's time. The writer is apparently in a seventh grade bathroom gossiping. Why does US News think an educated reader would want to listen in?

PTK of TX 6:35PM December 14, 2010

I think they have much in common, one is about as irritating to watch and listen to as the other. I wouldn't vote for either of them in any election no matter what office they were running for.

hey chris and bill the surge was in IRAQ when obama was a senator. Afghan surge was when his highness was PRESIDENT. The surge worked in IRAQ after barry said it wouldnt. He is folowing all of Pres Bush policies it seems, (GITMO, tax cuts, troops still in Iraq) and the biggest claim during the campaign is that Sen McCain would be Bush II. Barry has been worse, reading email, at war with the press,(Go ahead say FOX insnt a news organization) the TSA is more intrusive, apologizing to everybody that is foreign, but, but calling Americans stupid if they dont support his policies
