Carter and Obama: The Same Damn Thing Repeats Itself

This article lends itself to the truths of "what goes around, comes around" and "ye reap what ye sow". We could also add "there is nothing new under the sun" to that list and come to the same conclusion. The reason for the above is one simple fact; the nature of man. It doesn't matter what suit the man, or woman, is wearing, the heart still reveals the motives and what is in the heart comes out of the mouth. While Carter, and now Obama, may have believed, at one point, that their policies were the ideal, they both neglected to understand and embrace the realities that make up America. At her core, America is fundamental, hard-working and family-oriented. The glitz and glamor that shows the workings of politicians is totally unrelated to the basic values of the "common man". That is where the Politico's miss the mark. And they just keep missing it....over and over and over again.
