No one is afraid of Sarah Palin, except maybe Todd.

She is not electable. Most Republicans don't even think she's qualified to be president. Nominating Sarah Palin would be the best thing Republicans could do for the Democrats. I personally know people (military personell) who were going to vote for McCain until he selected her as his running mate. I was considering it.

She doesn't even want to president. She is too busy cashing in on her 15 minutes of fame and, trust me, that is all she is doing. I can't wait to watch her on Dancing With The Stars!

In every sense of the word pathetic!! Jimmy Carter started the housing downfall.Bill Clintons justice dept.through threats of lawsuits kept it going.Bush and McCains warnings went unheard re:Dodd and Frank

PHIL GRAMM, CREDIT DEFAULT SWAPS, AND REPEALING DEPRESSION ERA REGULTIONS HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH TI!!!!

Palins family had 500,000$ in lawyers fees and state of Alaska 2 million$ in lawsuit costs. WHERE THERE'S SMOKE, THERE IS NOT FIRE!!!

Why did NO media investigate what Obama did for the city of Chicago? What did his community organizing accomplish? NOTHING,the city is NO better because of him.He was no more than a VERY short term Ill.senator that voted for every spending bill that came along.THE VERY NERVE TO TALK ABOUT FISCAL RESPONSIBALITY,PATHETIC.

WHERE WAS FAIR AND BALANCED, WE REPORT, YOU DECIDE!!!!!!

At least Palin was a major, head of Aka.energy dept and gov.

RIGHT UP UNTIL SHE QUIT!!!

So Obama can give a good teleprompter speech and had plenty of campaign lies.

SARAH DOESN'T NEED A TELEPROMPTER. SHE WRITES IT ON HER HAND!!!!

And this CLOWN Galupo comments on a book he hasn't read,ya'll are truely sorry!!

“Democrats now control the majority of the nation's wealthiest congressional jurisdictions. More than half of the wealthiest households are concentrated in the 18 states where Democrats control both Senate seats.”

“This new political demography holds true in the House of Representatives, where the leadership of each party hails from different worlds. Nancy Pelosi, Democratic leader of the House of Representatives, represents one of America's wealthiest regions. Her San Francisco district has more than 43,700 high-end households. Fewer than 7,000 households in the western Ohio district of House Republican leader John Boehner enjoy this level of affluence.”

I have endured some of the worst verbal beatings of my life since the passage of healthcare reform due to my involvement and promotion. I believe your article was over the heads of most people not educated well enough to comprehend "..analytic rigor, serious scholarship, a deep engagement with literature."

I have found that when I use a lot of analytic rigor and apply serious scholarship in my debates on healthcare reform, AFTER it's passage, including my assertions that so many are Republican "followers;" they simply haven't got a comeback. I suggested "with all due respect" that only their leaders are in the affected tax brackets. It is my impression that party leaders privately see them as easily influenced peons who give the party the numbers they need to elect the Politicians they choose to back financially; endearing these Politicians to those who get them elected. These followers are speechless, when faced with the reality that the Republicans are primarily big corporations and wealthy people whose only concern is the bottom line. My impression of their reaction is that this has never occurred to them. They've been "converted" as "followers" through key issues that include Christianity, opposition to abortion, the wars against terrorism, gun rights and keeping America out of their "personal business." (they have no answer when the Patriot Act is mentioned.) They have been terrorized into thinking that putting insurance companies back in their place, protecting the rights and benefits of the customer, is a bad thing that will cost "them", increase the deficit to the point of bringing down America and is socialism. I see these "followers" taken advantage of; when they actually mention investing in gold and guns, (I swear different people said this repeatedly.) Then I listen to Glen Beck, (to hear both sides of the story,) and almost every ad on his program is an urgent announcement, I find disturbing, urging listeners to invest in gold, when Gold is at a peak price. This is a great example of the "followers" being mislead and taken advantage of by Corporate America.

Convincing the ignorant, (by definition and not implying anything derogatory,) that they're being mislead and taken advantage of is nearly impossible because they've been whipped in to a frenzy, making some of the very accusations, I make now.

Using insults to forcible demand you are right is absurd. Your links is meaningless. I advised you to quote pertinent material from them but you gave none.

17 times in 2008 Bush warned of F/F problems. Bush warnings began first year in office. By a all Democrat vote Bush’s regulations to help stop recession failed.

Thank-you for link, it makes my case. You should have read it and read my links. A very stupid mistake. No wonder you comments are wrong.

My proof from your source concerning Bush home plan:

“There are more than 1 million new minority homeowners in the U.S. since the President’s announcement 18 months ago. Nearly 1,500 low-income families are now using housing vouchers to pay their monthly mortgage or other costs of owning a home, and HUD is working with public housing authorities to allow the sale of some units to tenants. The Federal Trade Commission and HUD are working together to protect homebuyers from predatory lenders. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation is continuing to implement the Money Smart program, which is providing financial education services for potential homebuyers. Through America’s Homeownership Challenge, more than 2 dozen companies have made commitments to increase minority homeownership, including pledges to provide more than $1.1 trillion in mortgage purchases for minority homebuyers this decade. The Bush Administration has begun the final stage of its effort to reduce closing costs, simplify the settlement paperwork, and eliminate surprise closing costs for American homebuyers by reforming the rules governing the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.”

Now Clinton home plan:

“Bill Clinton, another Democrat, passed laws to enforce the original bill. The purpose of the CRA is to force banks to make risky loans to people who can’t afford to repay those loans.”

http://winteryknight.wordpress.com/2009/02/22/democrats-caused-the-recession-and-republicans-tried-to-stop-it/

I gave link to Bush cuts you ignore.

Any how Bush home program was responsible as I proved, Clinton home plan was not as I proved. Clinton caused fall of Wall Street and recession. Not 100%, but major factor.
