Should ensure sensible use and investment of this cash also.

Now lets pass and enforce fair real estate agent commission limits and CEO/board compensation caps..

Waste not want not. We are all in this boat together.

(Locally in Seattle they are trying to get 18 billion for light rail.

That would be $20,000 for every adult in King County.

Light rail would interfere with traffic and personal property and does not handle enough volume.

Politicians that waste time on useless studies and promotions should lose compensation.)
