I will be glade when Obama is kicked out of the white house along with his gang and we get our country back,,,,, ,

I have no respect for a man no matter what race, that lies to the American people,

Obama lied to get votes then turned his back on the people, The votes was for the changes that he promised, and he broke every one of them!! If any one of the voters knew that Obama was not a honest man, he would not had won at all or would he by fake votes. So it was his lies that got him in the White House,

I am not saying the Obama is 100% guilty I know that there are powerful people that are guiding him to do these things as well as Obama using his presidency for his own agenda of his Muslim faith after he lied that he was Christian, Obama home country Kenya since there's no birth certificate showing his birth in the USA, Don't get me wrong I don't hate Obama I don't like what he's doing to our country for the money and power and control they are trying to gain,

I will be praying for Obama and his gang, Cause God is in control not man

Just because the radical right opposes something does not mean that a progressive should defend it, and just because the radical right proposes something does not mean that a progressive should oppose it.

The ideological tacticians on the fascist right have studied Lenin, especially his dictum of indirect reversal. (Something that leftists haven't done). Oppose what you want, propose what you oppose and your opponents will hand you the keys to the kingdom on a silver platter.

Kagan is not a liberal, not by a long stretch and the progressives who are defending her will be unpleasantly surprised. Just like Sotomayor is not a liberal. The Supreme court is stacked by corporatists, and corporatists hold the middle class in disdain, and in fact are neo feudalist elitists.

There are thousands fo reasons why Elene Kagan should not be confirmed, but I will try one as a start. Some months ago Justice Clarence Thomas suggested that the United Supreme Court

should not be the exclusive domain of the Ivy League community. Where are the candidates from Southeast America or Northwest America. Do they not have law schools in those regions? What gives in America?

Also, do we need another Jewish female. I am not looking for a match for my friend Clarence Thomas. Do we need to have candidates nominated by region and demographics? Anyway, if Kagan was a real person she would see that we need real diversity on the Court, not just symbolism. My personal choice would be a legally-trained medical doctor.

She will say something off the cuff and would get "borked" but I fear the Dems have the numbers on her side. No big deal. Obama is just replacing a liberal with a liberal.

I would be far more concerned if a conservative were getting replaced by a liberal. But that's not likely. Considering Obama and progressive Dems convulsive lurch to the left, the right of center American people will surely shake things up in November. Republicans should start measuring the windows for new drapes because Obama will be one, done, and gone . . . relegated to Jimmy status.

The silver lining for conservatives is the after taste resulting from Obama's attrocity to our nation will pay huge dividends for conservatives for years to come.

I was worried that Kagan might not be liberal enough, but now that you lay it out like that, I'm hoping she gets in there. We need another liberal in there to replace Stephens!

Sore losers, you Repubs.

Rad-Fem who thinks that judicial whimsy should guide the justice system. What's next, scraping the Constitution in favor of a benevolent dictatorship?
