isn't it the Supreme Court's job to validate a presidential candidate?
did they just take someone's word for it?
with all the corruption going on these days?
i personally don't believe anyone without corroboration.
and the courts are not supposed to either.
especially someone who has consistently proven himself to be untruthful and unreliable, like our current president.

Hawaiian state law allows children born OUTSIDE Hawaii to get valid Hawaiian birth certificates (S. 338-17.8)
[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.
(b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.
(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]
Thus,a Hawaiian COLB is not adequate for determining a POTUS candidate's eligibility as a natural-born citizen.
Besides,I've seen an article showing how Comrade Obama's COLB is a forgery.
He won't produce a long-form birth certificate because none exists.

Trump may have an ego, I can deal with that but Obama and his lack of ego is the hardest to deal with. He needs full time psychiatric help, yes really. You can't live his life as a person and and child and not be damaged good.

why are all of his college records sealed? from columbia college? from occidental? from harvard? his high school? his law firm? how was he allowed to travel to pakistan if he was a us citizen in 1980? how about indonesia? why did he not even mention it in dreams of my father? where is any investigative reporter digging for any info????? if it is found out he is not a citizen he should be impeached and imprisoned. but not 3 years from now, NOW. is there not one reporter with any balls to thoroughly investigate this? all his school records are sealed because it will show that he applied for aid as a foreign student.

Donald Trump was born rich, and whatever he's accomplished as businessman is because he's an attention whore. This presidential stunt is just more of the same.

Regardless of what Trump's views are, the facts remain that Obama has yet to produce his L-O-N-G Form birth certificate. Why is it that so many journalists just don't get that!
That is the ONLY document that will settle this matter once and for all.
Forget all the conspiracies and allegations and misconceptions!
The facts also remains that Obama produced only his short form birth certificate. This form proves absolutely nothing! Why is it that so many journalists just don't understand this?
It is so simple and yet so many journalists are blinded by their political biases. They simply accept the fact that Obama has spent millions of dollars in legal fees to fight the production of the L-O-N-G form birth certificate.
Are there not any serious investigative journalists even remotely curious about why Obama is doing this? Is there the least bit of doubt about why someone might refuse to show their L-O-N-G form birth certificate?
Nope. Mainstream journalist swallow all the shallow evidence and thinking while neglecting their ethical obligation to investigate the truth.
What a sad and pathetic state of today's journalism!
