Last I heard the Hitler argument trotted out, it was on the T-shirt of some early-thirties graduate school adolescent, and read "Hitler - Bush - What's the Difference?" I'm sad to say I reined in my initial impulse to tell him "death camps" and deprive him of consciousness. There are (or should be) limits to political diatribes, but rules of engagement apply equally, or not at all. Sadly, liberals blew out the head-gasket on the civil discourse bus during the Bush years. It ain't coming out of the garage any time soon.
