Our rights came from our forefathers who came up with the declaration of independence and our constitution.

Documents that the people should have in their homes and or on there computers, Documents which our children should know.

These rights are not free , We need to stay in touch with our representatives and other politicians to keep them safe but most of us claim we are to busy.

We could have small community grassroots groups with local repersentatives that can go to city meetings for us to represent our concerns.

Most city counsel chambers cannot hold less than one percent of there population anyway so grassroot groups or radio and websites are our best hopes to stay in touch.

By this time All towns, cities and states should have a website, Chek this one out http://www.cottagegrove.org/.

Aids to the Presidents are not allowed to voice an opinion in private or public.

It is so convenient to use labels. Both Bush and Obama have been chipping away at our constitutional freedoms. That is what has people so mad. They are not nuts, terrorists or extremists. They have been reading and learning about bills, tracking fake birth certificates and checking as much info as possible. If Obama has nothing to hide why has he spent 1.4 million hiding almost ALL of his school, college records and passports? (See Federal Election Commission). Why would someone spend that money if he had nothing to hide? Natural born means Two American parents and born in the US. There is case law to back this up. Start reading. And why must we pass 1500 page Obamacare right now? And all the other trillion dollar bills unless you intend to collapse our economy on purpose?

it shows just how much of an idiot you really are.

The point is not if they had the power or right to fire, but they LIED about it... they didn't want to be open about their true motives and now they are paying the price. If they had said "we are firing them to replace them with more political individuals" that would have been ok... but they decided it would be better to ruin the careers of these men by saying they were inept so they could appoint political people without anyone knowing.

AP got a hold of these documents and said he was directly involved.

So Fox news asks him if this is true, he says no, so Fox news calls AP liars.

That is absurd... why do we just ask criminal if they are guilty instead of having trials... im sure they all tell the truth

Using the Justice Department to prosecute political enemies on trumped up charges is what fascists and dictators do. The Bush Crime family and it's cronies and thugs have damaged America, destroyed its institutions and economy. History will reveal how close we came to a right-wing fascist take-over.

Listen to the extremists now. They're ready to take up arms against their own duly elected government. Why do Republicans hate America and Democracy??

thebob.bob of VA 1:18AM August 13, 2009

Yes, the Bush whitehouse was very involved in republicanizing their orbit. They also expected all their District Attorneys to send Democrats to jail on trumped up charges. We have finally been freed from some of the evil they did. President Obama and Democrats are trying to fix what Bush did that was illegal and against decency. You republicans never had a problem with Bush, Rove, or Cheney. Funny how that is. They were the ones who put America is the big mess we are in now. Regulations and oversight are required.

keep chasing ghost.

As far as health care reform, it will cause the down fall of this country. The one question no one wants to talk about is how many people have some type of health care related stocks in the retirement plans, answer thousands. Less coverage and lower retirement income, now that's a plan.

Larry of CA 5:03PM August 12, 2009

that neither Democrats nor historians will ever find many of the other White House e-mails from the Bush years. For the first several years, many of them are said to have been sent and received at other e-mail accounts not covered by the presidential ecords laws.

Meanwhile, pass strong health care reform now. THEN chase Rove and the old gang around if you still want to.
