Forget Obama's Birth Certificate--Now You Too Can Be Born in Kenya

John McCain was not born on the Atlantic side of the Panama isthmus.... he was born while his father was stationed at Rodman Naval Air Station, most likely at Gorgas Hospital in Ancon, CZ. Any child born of US citizens in any country outside the USA is a US citizen at birth, he was most likely registered at the US Embassy as a citizen born outside the US. It has never ceased to amaze me at how many "educated" people have absolutely no concept at all of the 97 years of America in Panama. All the posts on here are opinions of the poster's - not facts.

Why can't he produce a legal document? These little short forms can be produced by any good artist for a price. Where is the "long" form we all received at time of birth?

Racists like "SKEETER",(where did he pick up that moniker, in some redneck bar?)will always be around to attack their betters. Along with the birth certificate issued in Hawaii, there is also the fact of his birth announcement in Hawaiian newspapers on the day of his birth. There is also the fact that his father and grandfather both served in the US Military. If "SKEETER", or others like him are such avid students of the Constitution,(which most republican pundits refer to as "a tired old rag")maybe they should take a look at John McCain's birthplace. He was born in Panama which has never been a part or posession of the US. We only leased the canal zone. Alexander Hamilton was prevented from running for President or vice president because he was born in Bermuda. So,Panama or a house in China should be considered the same thing--foreign birth.

When I was 10, I was adopted by my anunt and uncle. Imagine my surprise, when I turned 16 and ordered a copy of my birth certificate to get my driver's license and discovered my aunt and uncle's name on my birth certificate instead of my biological parents.

I know, I know, there are all kinds of so-called good reasons for this, but to me it was a lie. If the government can routinely change the factual information on something as basic as a birth certificate, then IMO, everything else is suspect.

To those who think this is a non-issue, your type of apathy for the Constitution is the cause for why a once great nation has been reduced to something resembling the Third World. You are the problem, not the solution....and some of us will fight you every step of the way.

Skeeter of CA 6:41PM August 23, 2009

Nobody cares where obama was born, okay? The constitution doesn't mean anything anymore -- it's been two centuries, get over it already!! What we need is a good leader, one that is permenant for the sake of stability.

Obama could (and should) be that man. His qualifications: he was probably born in Africa or Asia so he can communicate with other people of other nations; he is black (and therefore knows a thing or two about slavery); he is handsome and speaks well in public.

Obama should move past the birther's yelling. Just sign an executive order changing the law so that anyone FROM ANY NATION can be leader of the USA.

That's the moral high ground, people.

One must be a natural born citizen (born of 2 US citizens) to be POTUS. Not to demand obama release his birth records is UN-AMERICAN!!! obama is NOT loyal to the USA. His is purposefully implementing policies to destroy the economy of this country.
