All the arguments presented in the article offer valid points, however, I agree completely with Jim Bunning's view on how to handle hall of fame voting concerning the steroid era. Baseball is Americas great past time. In that time steroids were not used, and the game was loved. We need to get back to the basics of baseball where hard work earns you things.

Steroids in baseball game are a polarising subject. That has not since approximately call up it’s approve, only kind of a lot of lovers are fair sick auditory modality about it or existence prompted of it.

But there is enough of interest group. Blimey concluding two shows on-duty the "disports blab out" radio display on http://steroidsgear.com/ – weekdays from twelve p.m. Along 970-AM WDAY – are substantiation of that. We have never aimed as many turns our relatively newfangled demo as we arranged Tuesday, at the least not while I have been on the bare.

They should build a back house for the steroid use era, better yet build a closet within the Hall of Fame and deem it Hall of fame on steroids.

I agree 100% with Jim Bunning. What about all the players who had/have natural talent without steroids? All the historic records that will be overlooked because of steroid usage? Professional baseball has been popular without steroids since the 1860's... Why do we need steroids now? There is no need to change a good thing.

i think that steroid usee in baseball is stupid. yea it helps the players get better but what about the players that are not taking steroids and playing Americas game right i think players that get caught using steroids should be booted from MLB by selig

The players who have recently spilled the truth on taking steroids like A-Rod, Macguire, Manny, and so on should still be aloud in the Hall Of Fame because the were, are, and always will be some of the greatest players in my opinion of all time. Here's the question,"If they didn't have steroids back in the 1920's, then how did the Babe seemed to all of a sudden start hitting homers in the middle of the DEAD-BALL era?" Joe Morgan says he would have never of taken them[steroids] if he would have had them. But I tell you right now if he would have played in the STEROID era he would have have taken them like everyone else. I mean steroids is what killed Ken Griffey Jr. and made him have all those knee problems. I wish someone would tell Bud Selig to step down and then we could settle it by putting these men in the Hall Of Fame, and maybe get Pete Rose, and the eight men banned after the White Sox Scandel, exspecialy Shoeless Joe Jackson. that man was said to have thrown the series but he never maid an error in the series, hit the only homer in the series, and had the highest batting average. But that is just what I think.

If everyone in baseball was allowed to use steroids, the playing field would remain level. Because steroids are not allowed and players are "cheating" and "sneaking" the steroids the playing field isnt level which causes problems. What the players do to their own bodies is their choice and if they want to use steroids so be it. I'm sure they know about the side effects of steroids and if they want to take those risks let them.
