I am a member of the 9/11 Truth movement, and we seek an independent, objective investigation into the events of September 11th. We were created by members of the victims’ families, who were snubbed when the 9/11 Commission left over 70% of their questions unanswered. In fact, a 2006 Zogby poll indicates that less than half of America believes the official 9/11 conspiracy theory (www.rawstory.com/news/2006/Less_than_half_of_Americans_satisfied_0523.html).
We currently have 728 architectural and engineering professionals who question the official story and maintain it does not conform to the basic laws of physics (www.ae911truth.org).
Additionally, we have numerous firefighters (www.firefightersfor911truth.org), pilots (www.pilotsfor911truth.org), military officials (www.patriotsquestion911.com), political leaders (www.pl911truth.com), veterans (www.v911t.org), religious leaders (www.rl911truth.org), medical professionals (www.mp911truth.org), lawyers (www.l911t.com) and scholars (www.stj911.com) who express doubt over the findings of the 9/11 Commission Report.
In 2009, a paper was published in The Open Chemical Physics Journal, a peer-reviewed scientific journal, by a team of independent scientists, including Dr. Steven Jones of Brigham Young University and Dr. Niels H. Harrit of the University of Copenhagen. In this paper, four samples of WTC dust from Ground Zero were examined. The dust contained high-tech, explosive thermitic material. I take exception to being compared to the "Birther" movement, and I certainly don’t appreciate being labeled as crazy. Journalists should encourage systems to ask questions and demand answers.

the real issue regarding 9/11 is the irrefutable scientific evidence, and very common sense dictating and proving conclusively that this tragic event was a controlled demolition.

The Constitution does not require that, to be eligible for the Presidency, one must be born on U.S. soil, only that one be "native-born" (a redundant phrase in itself). The USA has "jus sanguini" as well as "jus soli," so that a person who has at least one parent who is a USA citizen is automatically as USA citizen him/herself, wherever in the world he/she may have been born. John McCain was born in the Canal Zone, which is (and always has been) in Panama, but nobody questioned his right torun.

I note that Professor Gates came from very humble circumstances. But in spite of his color and his humble beginnings, he still achieved an outstanding scholastic record.
Professor Gates strengthens my belief that every person should be educated to the limits of his/her capabilities.

Gotta love 'em.
When you have nine co-sponsors on the neo-birther H.R.1503, including five from Texas (you must be so proud down there), and Liz Cheney not backing away from her own pro-birther remarks (as my dad would have said, "that's an apple that didn't fall too far from the horse"), you know the Republican lunatic fringe elements are really going to be trouble. For the GOP.
Has anyone asked Chairman-in-name-only Michael Steele whether he thinks President Obama actually is president? How would he answer? Sensibly, and alienate the lunatic base? Or would he accede to the nutcases and reveal just how far offcenter the GOP is right now?

And they won't listen to logic! Hawaii HAS released Barack Obama's birth certificate, and has repeatedly verified that there is a record of live birth. There is no "legal blockade". And it was not Obama’s father’s mother: it was Obama’s father’s STEPmother, who retracted the statement almost as quickly as she said it, acknowledging that she was mistaken.
"Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino says she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.
Fukino says that no state official, including Gov. Linda Lingle, ever instructed that Obama's certificate be handled differently from any other.
She says state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest in it."

Please correct me if I am wrong but I believe the Constitution requires a President be a natural born citizen of the United States. A natural born citizen is one who a citizen at birth as opposed to one who is a naturalized citizen. A person become a citizen at birth by either being born within the physical boundaries of the United States or being born anywhere in the world as the child of a US citizen.
Regardless of where he was born, Obama was the child of a US citizen at the time of his birth. Therefore, he would be a natural born citizen and eligble to be President.
Am I missing something here????

1) He said in his book "Dreams from his Father" that he found his birth certificate. Lets see it!
2) Stop the legal blockade; authorize Hawaii to release whatever they have.
The factcheck COLB has been questioned for many reasons. For instance, his sister was born in Indonesia. She has the exact same COLB. She is NOT natural born. He may not be either. He needs to prove it.
Obama’s father’s mother said she was at the birth. . .IN KENYA!!! Can you imagine a mother not knowing whether she was at the birth of her son’s baby? Seriously! If she was there, can you imagine that she didn’t know what continent it was on?
