I am a Southern Baptist and a conservative. I love GCB and think it is a cute, funny take on how some people act. Lighten up and put your energy toward something that matters. Leave silly sitcoms alone.

Cowards,

Not once do you mention what GCB stands for, so hypocritical. Your exuberance in attacking this Limbaug character leads us out here to wonder what your agenda is. Ha! your so obvious.

Oh, yeah, Roff ... never-mind the gutter-language Limbaugh used (repeatedly over three or four days!) on national radio attacking Fluke .... obviously that didn't bother you, at all.

With decency and civil discourse coming under increasing attack (seen as weakness, signs of compromise) .... many Americans are finally drawing the line .... and your commentary leaves no doubt which side you stand on ...... .

Points to Ponder:

"I don’t believe that Rush Limbaugh suddenly has a sense of decency. But he may have, for once, finally realized that other people do — and that even he can hurt himself by offending it," -James Poniewozik

Who is Ted Baehr and who made him King of censorship? I have never heard of him and see no reason why I should. I suspect there is more of a war on atheists (I'm not an atheist) than there is a war on Christians (I'm not a Christian) in this country. Christians basically rule this country. Some are good, some not so good. The ones who are good, seldom seem threatened. The ones who are not so good, always seemed threatened. I guess the difference is good Christians are loving, non-judgemental, tolerant and know we are all sinners, and bad Christians are...the opposite.

There's a really good way to show your disapproval of a show. Don't watch it, don't even bring attention to it!

Forget all the sanctimony, it is just a bad show, and bad shows don't last.

Posting a 2.2 HH rating, despite a huge press push and numerous on-air promos across popular ABC fare, proves that this show is long for this world.

Bad writing, bad acting, bad concept, and a cancellation notice coming soon.

Dear Pete,

Please don't let your ignorance of a show deter us fellow Christians from watching and supporting a show about Christianity. Quite frankly I'm tired of "click-through" wanting, gimmicky headline having, internet critics and writers who will put anything down to get a few clicks on a website. As a conservative I'm tired of watching shows about New York and Los Angeles and Chicago, and I think it's high time the "fly-over" states got their due. Yes it's silly and campy and fun and over-the-top, but guess what, that's what it's supposed to be! A fun entertaining show about plots and ideas and concepts that the rest of America not living on the coasts deal with.
