SBA defamed Rep. Driehaus when it accused him of voting for taxpayer funded abortion. It was a blatant lie, notwithstanding how pervasively used it was in fighting the health care bill. I hope that Driehaus prevails against the purveyors of sleazy patently false political ads who should be held accountable for maliciously misleading voters.

Why the heck didn't he sue every voter? This jerk is absolutely bat shiite crazy! The very fact that he would even think of suing is no less than a nuisance suit and evidence that the voters got it right this time. He should be counter sued for harassment and judicial terrorism. He apparently isn't mentally stable enough to justify the position he held anyway.

Hey Steve, get a job!

Soooooo, he's suing a 'PRO LIFE' Organization for 'LOSS OF LIVELIHOOD'? Steve, THE PEOPLE, have spoke. By the way, where was the support of your 'PRO ABORTION' group? Step aside and quit whining!

Driehaus is simply a victim of the same corrupt political process he wanted to continue being a part of. Boo Hoo!

Disregard for the rule of law has characterized Mr. Obama's administration from the start. (Remember the Black Panthers who intimidated Philadelphia -area voters in 2008, then went free because the Obama Justice Department refused to file the papers that would have secured their convictions under the Voting Rights Act?)

It should not surprise anyone that one of the president's judicial appontees blatantly ignores the law and acts politically.

Barack Obama and his henchmen are a danger to our republic.

Boo F*cking hoo. Leave it to a progressive Democrat to get his panties in a twist over "losing his livelihood" by being voted out of office. Serving as a representative of the people is not "livelihood", it's duty. I am further incensed that a court judge (who really should know better) even let this move forward. Maybe they can share the same shrooms that obviously Steve Driehaus is munching on... and when they snap out of their hallucination, they can change each others' diaper and READ THE CONSTITUTION... and when they finish reading maybe they could also GROW A PAIR OF BALLS.
