Mississippi Voters May Change Abortion Debate

The Natural Abortion Laws explain the scientific fact is that no one can prove at conception that a human life exists. 70 percent of conceptions die shortly after fertilization, another 15 percent of the remaining conceptions die before birth, followed by even more still births and deaths shortly after birth. At conception, most of the time there is death not life. Certainly one can assume that if it is alive and human, there is life at conception. The problem is that we cannot tell at conception which conceptions will live and which will die.

There is an important natural law involved here. It is impossible to tell if a zygote will become a living human person until all the code that is in the DNA of the zygote has run its full course.

As a physician I can attest to the fact that life does indeed start at conception. It is irrefutable in science and has nothing to do with theology. Why is it we call a pregnancy a "child" when it is wanted and a "fetus" when it not.

This isn't about racism, politics or social justice. It's about where the Baby Boomer generation led us as a collective group.

You want to see something disturbing to some older folks. This video expresses opinion on how baby boomers lost collective reasoning and sold their countries interest for oil, greed and entitlements. Left-wing or right-wing, a finger pointing bunch, baby boomers are a selfish generation.

Why not? We vote on everything else. Makes more sense than most referenda.

God Bless you Mississippi! May He shine His blazing light of Grace upon you for standing up for the silent and innocent among us. God Bless you!

@Sugarpye-You mean that everyone who is already born should run from this state for fear of a poor excuse of a life? I believe I'll take living a poor excuse of a life over not being given the opportunity at life at all. Why is it socially unacceptable and considered murder for someone to kill an unborn child if the mother doesn't consent, but legal and "humane" to do the same exact thing if the woman consents?

The "good and decent" people aren't the ones killing children and renaming it something more palatable for the masses.

Anyone who can for the life of them and their families should run from this state, and now is the time! I pity the good and decent people of this state, specifically, the females. With all the sadness of the poor in this state, this is the farthest their politicians can see? Most likely, choose to see.

And the South will inherit the earth. Bravo to these humane Americans.

I love it when people automatically assume that if we abolish something we will go back 100 years. If thier were no EPA anymore everyone would just dump toxic waste into the ground and water. If our country stopped funding abortions they would just have 1,000s of abortions in back alleys. To me this mentallity states that we as individuals have not grown or become more enlightened over the years only our politicians have. Only Government has enlightened itself, that we as individuals without thier rules and regulations we would be nothing more than animals satisfying only our most basic urges. I do not agree with this philosophy.
