Is fact tax cuts for rich increase government revenue; from Kennedy, Reagan, Newt/Clinton to Bush. Clinton increased taxes on rich, but Newt lowered and got better results.

buffet can buy companies and make billions but can't start a non profit charity that would help employee house and educate people who can't for whatever reason do this themselves and make them self sufficient.Sounds lame to me.
