Supreme Court: Only EPA Can Regulate 'Greenhouse Gas' Emissions

Quote from article: "so-called greenhouse gasses that, some suggest, lead to global warming."

Just about every reputable scientific body, including the US National Academies of Science, amongst many others has made unambiguous policy statements declaring that there is a strong link between greenhouse gases and global warming. See, for details:

Given this overwhelming scientific consensus, to write "some suggest" is a pathetic understatement. Not that Peter Roff is alone here. The media is almost always much more wishy washy about the science than the actual scientific community.

The media is really letting the public down with these sorts of statements that propagate the idea that there is scientific uncertainty about whether greenhouse cause climate change.

Gas from liberals is falling.

Less & less liberals exist.

Liberals will be left with people like you.

We are growing...

"In a near unanimous ruling Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court found that the power to regulate so-called greenhouse gas emissions rests solely with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency."

The EPA (Energy&Economic Prohibition Agency) and its High Priestess, Lisa Jackson, are now able to control all things with even a tenuous connection with climate, the environment or endangered species. Intrusive, Draconian power - with no oversight by elected representatives of government or the courts.

Wake up people. We have a State Religion - Environmentalism. It controls schools, the media, bureaucracies of government, the courts and our politicians.

Its priests and acolytes like, Obama, Jackson, Gore, Salazar and Jones, use its theology to control people, energy, industry, natural resources, food production, transportation and recreational outdoor access. Environmentalism has become a long, clawing hand reaching into every aspect of our lives - a cudgel to drive and control the agenda of Progressive, social engineering. A "Green" Orwellian nightmare come to life.

"Going Green" has gone over the edge, big time.
