Obama obviously does not care about the country. He especially wants to throw all seniors under his political bus.
This selfish rat is only concerned about his own election. He works on re-election and turns his back on the budget crisis. What a traitor!!!!
The only thing Obama does well is constantly lie and continuously run for office.
Obama and Pelosi and Reid have made me lose pride in my country. It truly is a sickening feeling that hey are also giving to many others in the United States of America.

Democrats controlled all three branches of government Oct., 2010 when budget was due. Not since like 1976 has Congress been so cruel as to not to pass budget.
We will do what we were ordered to do Nov. 2, 2010. Remember that ??? Was when many Democrats in office got their walking papers all across this Nation & Congress...

Tell me Bill, where is your sacrifice for the country? Oh, that is right, only other people make the sacrifices, not people like you or the rich! By the way, you keep saying 95% of voters believe that lowering the debt is so important, last time I checked it was jobs! Something the Teabaggers refuse to do anything about.

It won't be the Dems OR the GOP who'll get the blame if GRANDMA and/or GRAMPA won't be receiving their SS Checks/Medicare benefits. It will be a TOTAL WAR, with the SENIORS leading the "CHARGE of the GRAY BRIGADE". Hell hath no furry like a SENIOR SCORNED/ABUSED. Be afraid, be VERY afraid !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm also disappointed that so many Americans are willingly working against their own interest. I'm not saying that either party are totally right, but I can see an obvious agenda which works against the poor and middle classes. This dispute and budgets, works right into the agenda of the Koch brothers, rich and corporations. If America is really broke, why are we still giving tax cuts to those who do not need them and why are we allowing corporations to pay no taxes? This make so sense and yet, the middle class and poor have their feet held to the fire to pay more and do with out programs to help the poor. At the same time middle classes are expected to pay more for their homes, cars and other essentials which the rich are getting richer, middle class not receiving increases in their income. Why? To make the middle class poor. Then when made poor, have no means to survive and more importantly to organize as a whole. If able to organize, won't have the money to be a powerful force. This is the true agenda of the teaparty. Look closely why have the tea party receive money support from the Koch brothers. Answer, to get us to work against our own best interest.

There is a political game playing out in Washington. The republicans need more than financial cuts to declare victory. As a result, both the budget proposal and the short-term fix are set up to attack social programs that politically Obama must defend. He cannot accept either proposal without surrendering in a political situation where surrender is political suicide. The republicans will get the inevitable shut down, at which point they can actually compromise, claiming they are acting to save the country Obama has betrayed. They can then accept a compromise that would otherwise seem like a loss. I get tired of all the biased reporting that refuses to look at the true picture of the political game being played out. There are no heroes in Washington, just politicians trying to win a high-stakes poker game.

Let's go a head and shut the a governement down for a month or so!
After all critical services will be maintained -- unless Obama wants to inflict as much pain as possible.
After a month, start over with a clean slate and restart only the government activites that are REALLY requires and then on a one by one basis.
Sure there will be inconvenience and disruption, but a heck of a lot better now that later when the whole house of cards tumbles around us with no fix in sight!

If you can see and admit the above then there is no use in talking to you because you have a very closed mind. Obummer could have continued on for another 10 months had his party done their job back in Sept/Oct.
Now if you want to talk 2012 then we have something to talk about.
