Constitution!

Any law that has such a loophole that so many political donors get waivers, is a truly bad law.

I agree that there are some issues with the healthcare in America, but Obamacare was NOT the answer. I'm so happy this is getting to be decided on in the supreme court. Congress does NOT have the power to regulate commerce in the USA like this!

Yes, This is definitely out of the scope of the Federal Governments enumerated powers. The constitution was a contract and the New Deal was the turning point in upholding it. Ever since FDR picked his own personal Supreme Court Judges "A stitch in time saves nine". The Supreme court has been loaded with nothing but activist judges and cronies with political agendas to slowly take the people's rights' and the states rights's away. I whole heartedly agreee with Judge Vinson's Opinion. The Federal government is not supposed to force anyone to buy stuff. Perhaps they should do what they were originally contracted to do and that is to protect our borders. The arrogance of Obama,Pelosi and Reid are simply outrages and this is why the Republicans have taken the house. Votes speak louder than words. Of course we all now the Reps and DEms are tow different wings, but of the same bird. Thank God for The Tea Party!

Most of America is very, very, happy about this.

On to the Supreme Court for the final flush!

I applaud Vinson's decision and would expect SCOTUS to uphold the decision.

The progressive, secular left has an alterior motive. Their goal is not utopian. Their rationale for the take-over of health care has little to do with the uninsured, pre-existing conditions, etc. If it was, the whole health care debate would have gone a much different direction. Instead, under the guise of "concern" we get a drakonian power grab solution that infringes on personal liberty and forces through rule of law all "charity" for underserving few at the personal expense in terms of money and freedoms of all. The more federal government takes the less we have. Sooner or later there will be no liberty and freedom. I'd rather die as an impoverished free man than live as a fat slave.
