Obama, Democrats Using Arizona Law to Demagogue Immigration

Many commenters have been predicting Obama's Waterloo. Well I think this issue of Illegal Border Crashing is REALLY the one that will make that true. There is no reason for ANY lawyer-maker to run for office who vote against the Arizona law that exactly matches the U.S. government law against border crashing lawbreakers.

As a Black person I WAS so proud of President Obama, but now that h3 decided to sue our fellow state I plan to work harder to get you out of office than I did to get you in. How dare you sue our sister state for trying to save OUR country from being overrun and literally TAKEN by a foreign country.

Self-preservation is the first law of nature. I don't know about other AMERICAN's but I am fed up with seeing my country taken over by people who have no respect for our laws and its citizens. I don't care how Mexico or any other country feel about us trying to save our country.

What we really need is to stop trying to save other countries and call our military home from foreign countries and use them save our country from this invasion. I don't want anyone else in Washington who care more for foreign countries than they do our OWN country. Our government has long been working against its own citizens. Our government take our taxpaying money and use it to make foreigners happy like there are no poor people here in the USA. All poor people are not abroad. They are next door, around the corner, down the street, across town, across the nation. If our poor ask for help, they are called deadbeats, yet they allow, and welcome, these deadbeats from foreign countries to overrun our country, give them our money/grants to start businesses, etc. I visited a beauty shop in Los Angeles where the foreign owner, & some of the customers, told me that they can get grants not only to start their businesses, but also to visit their home countries. As black as I am, I was livid, and told them that was my money that our government was blessing them with. We Americans are taxed to death to pay high paid government employees and to take care of foreigners and Corporate welfare recipients.

Please, I'm extremely tired of listening to people from other states comparing us Arizonans to the Nazi's. It's an incredibly hateful comparison, and rather lazy. Please come up with something else. READ the bill before you pass judgment, or even better, live on some of the Arizona border ranches, live in Tucson and South Phoenix for a little while before you pass judgment. I LOVE Mexicans and their culture. They have a strong sense of family values and are hard working. That said, we can’t have people coming in illegally and milking our systems. I have my own private health insurance and I pay $900/mo, have a $2,000 deductible and ridiculous co-pays. If, God forbid, I have to go to the ER or the doctor, I’M RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE BILL, as I should be. If an Illegal goes to the ER, he or she walks out without having to pay a penny. No one should be refused medical treatment, so spare me the argument that Illegals deserve medical care when necessary. They certainly do. Our state’s class rooms and hospitals are drowning and me and my fellow state residents are paying for it. I have no doubt that Mexicans positively contribute to our state for the most part, but I’ve also had a friend that was raped by a group of Illegals and a friend’s father was killed by an Illegal that was driving drunk (no car insurance, no assets, nothing). SB 1070 just allows Arizona to enforce an existing federal immigration law. Is federal immigration law perfect? Certainly not. Are there stories of families being broken apart? There certainly are, which is truly sad but we CAN’T arbitrarily pick and choose who we choose to enforce the law on. We wouldn’t be tearing families apart if they were already here legally!! Women literally drive across the border and hide the fact that they’re in labor to have their child in Arizona. Great, thanks for saddling us with that burden. Nobody wants to tear families apart. This whole thing is frustrating and I’m fed up with ignorant outsiders criticizing Arizona!

obama should at least understand how wrong this law is

hes of many different rationalities and to not stop this law from continuing is wrong.

i think its dumb as well that people that have their "papers" and are part of the targeted minority group are for this racist and unconstitutional law.as a people we should stand by our fellow americans papers or not they pay taxes and get what in return? NOTHING!!

We Mexican Americans, Latinos, Chicanos, Hispanics, and mexicans are an important part of this country. we work the fields and the unwanted jobs!!

This is segregation. Arizona police are nothing more or better than the Nazi's and the Gustapo.

Everyone is an immigrant. this country wasn't the white mans country. if we get down to the roots of our forefathers and family and everyone. This country only belongs to the native americans.

I stand By My PEOPLE and evryone who this law is targeting.

Obama you know you need rto do something about this too.

To have the President of the USA berate Arizona for merely enforcing existing US law is unbelivable. This whole Politically correct, heaven forbid we can't offend anybody who breaks the law BS is driving me insane! I suppose its OK to label the TeaParties (per MSM-all white, middle aged CONSERVATIVES) as Low-Level Terrorists and done by Zie Depart de Fadderland Ziecurrity. This isn't "racial profiling"?

What truely amazes me is that those who are here LEGALLY could possibly support those who skipped the process.

It's not THAT HARD to get into the US legally comp[ared to other countries. The US has always welcomed those of all lands and beliefs as long as you enter the Country LEGALLY with no ill will towards America.

In the former Soviet Union, everyone had to carry a national ID card that not only stated your name and address but also your nationality-Russian, German, Turkmen, Uzbek- any of over 165 different ethnic groups.

Is this the direction the United States is heading, where walking down a street you are sudden;y approached by a government agent wearing a cheap leather jacket who asks you for your 'papers' and in the course of an evening you are asked the same question again several times?

Diversity is our nation's strength and we can do a better job of keeping track of immigrants by encouraging them to register and creating accountability opportunities such as obtaining a drivers license, registering children in school. etc.

IF MORE OF THE LAWS WERE UPHELD, WE WOULD NOT HAVE A LOT OF THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE TODAY. WE WOULDN'T HAVE AS MUCH UNEMPLOYMENT AS WE HAVE,WE WOULDN'T LOSE THE INCOME TAX REVENUE,WE AS TAX PAYERS WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MEDICAL BILLS...IF MEXICO IS SO WORRIED FOR THEIR PEOPLE, LET THEM TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN...THERE IS ENOUGH BUSINESSES FROM THE STATES THAT HAS MOVED THEIR FACTORIES THERE....I APPLAUD ARIZONA FOR TAKING A STAND

Coming here in the 01970s, I was informed that I have to carry my green card and other identification with me at all times in case I get stop. All my friends who were from other countries did not think that its racial. If you come to this country, you should play by the rules of the land and not hide under racial discrimination. It seems to me that a lot of these people that rallys against Arizona's law has something to hide.

If you do not want to show your ID's, you should go back where you came from.

My input is to recall what happened in Colorado a few years ago when it was overrun by illegal sneak-ins. The Governor said the state had to close its public hospitals because they were in debt from giving free services to illegals. He went to LA to become mayor. I formerly lived near the border in San Diego. I heard stories from people whose property at or near the border was used as toilets and as dumps for dirty diapers, dirt sanitary napkins and other risks to public health. Their small animals & livestock were stolen & cooked almost near sight of their homes. There was gunfire when some owners came across illegals hiding behind chicken houses or near water sources. Mexico strictly enforces its Southern borders. It is a secular state but most of its people are Roman Catholics. Some of them have acclimated and practice birth control, but many obey church law that bans abortion. They have big families they know they can't afford, for the selfish purpose of "not going to Hell." They wreck wages by producing too many people for too few jobs. They show contempt for Mexicans who come here legally and act responsibly about parenthood. I suggest paying a bounty to those who catch illegals as a service to the common good.
