WHAT PLANET DO YOU LIVE ON? OR IS YOUR HEAD WHERE THE SUN CAN'T SHINE?

I thought the memo is a funny twist and pretty tame in contrast to all the real nasty threats and outright racist trash talk coming from the Far Right. IF you would at least condemn some of the vile threats and the dishonest rage-rousing going on in the right, then maybe we could take seriously your complaint about a subtle humorous jab at a politician. Seems more sophomore whining to complain about this memo with so much hate talk going on.

Are you ignorant or do you just ignore facts.

BTW, Mr. Roff, I can't seem to find the blog where you express your outrage for right wing blogger and paid CNN contributor Erick Erickson saying that he would pull a shotgun on any "ACS twerp" census worker who showed up at his door. That's an actual threat against a Federal Employee, and the FBI should be knocking on his door any minute. Yet you seem to be silent on the whole thing.

Are you giving Mr. Erickson a pass because he's a right winger and you guys always say stupid, violent things?

Or is he getting a pass because you're a right winger and you have a very blatant double standard?

jimatmadison of WI 10:04PM April 10, 2010

C'mon Mr. Roff. Of course this is crude, unfunny and hurtful - the teachers borrowed it from you guys!

The same quote is up in the following places substituting President Obama for Governor Christie:

on womenforsarahpalindotnet 'momcat' (administrator) uses it, and also includes Pelosi and Reid: Carl in Georgia on 'agtalk' Feb 7: attaburnsinhell on perspectivesdotcom March 20, brinkleydog on mudmotortalkdotcom Dec 31: Rich on FoxNation Feb 22: God (probably an alias) on lasvegasreviewjournal Feb 18: concerned in topix Mar 28: and many, many more. I just picked the first few off of the search.

This stuff doesn't even warrant a yawn coming from righties because it's tame compared to the rest of what you guys say.

All of them, including womenforsarahpalin, still have these up on their sites.

I don't think you could call the NCC a right wing group. The money went to Mass. because so many people oppose Obamas agenda. What do you say about George Sorros money or say Acorn working for the left? Are you opposed to that too?

I really don't recall any "celebrating" over sen.Kennedys death, sounds like spin to me.How about the death wishes for say Dick Cheney when he has a problem? CAN YOU SPELL DOUBLE STANDARD!!We shouldn't wish ill on anyone no matter who they are,for there may go us.

Hunter of WI 1:15PM April 10, 2010

for saying that Republicans "bought" the election of Scott Brown is the tremendous amount of OUTSIDE money that poured into Massachusetts for TV ads from every right-wing outfit from the NRA to the National Chamber of Commerce.

The POINT for this topic was, though, that Republicans were celebrating and capitilizing on the death of a big-name incumbent, Kennedy.

Muser of NM 12:37PM April 10, 2010

Don't like the message or tough choices, whack the messenger. You may as well say whack the voters that elected him.

Musser you're still an idiot..

Hunter of WI 11:08PM April 09, 2010

Scott bought election ? Independents decided to give Scott Brown his seat. Yes, SCOTT BROWN. You know, SCOTT BROWN the pick up truck driver.

Bill Hedges of MO 8:16PM April 09, 2010

But frankly, it's rather minor compared to the unabashed glee that Republicans everywhere celebrated at the ACTUAL death of Senator Ted Kennedy and their new-found opportunity to buy the election of that pickup-truck guy up there in Massachusetts as a direct result of a death.

Teachers have more frustrations that most non-teachers realize. Somebody vented some steam. He/She shouldn't have, but this is a very little story. That's why it gets very little coverage.
