Will Stupak’s Healthcare Deal Be Worth Its Socialist Price?

Bart Stupak made a serious error in taking Obama at his word. Even if an executive order is issued, it does not change the law. The senate bill funds abortions. The Senate bill will be signed into law. Federal funding of abortions is therefore the law and can't be changed by executive order.

Either Stupak is horribly naive, or he is disengenuous in his pro-life stance. Either way, he sold himself. The only question is, what did he get?

I sent Stupak an email last night asking him if Pelosi and Obama each had a testicle, or if they were being kept together somewhere as a matched set?
